Advanced Access Unveils & Introduces Re-Designed Website

Company Successfully Completes Final Stage of Three-Phase Renovation And Upgrades

(Anaheim, CA – January 14, 2005) – Advanced Access successfully completed the final stage of a three-phase renovation and upgrades plan specifically designed to improve customer service in ‘2005. The recently completed stage was the unveiling and introduction of its re-designed company Website.

Previous improvements included the launch of its new Classic Package 3.0™ Website earlier in the year referred to as "the NEXT generation of Website design for real estate professionals". Also included was the renovation and expansion of the architecture and configuration of its Internet Data Center and Server Room, and a newly installed Toshiba DKT 3000 phone system.

The unveiling of its re-designed and upgraded company Website was the final result of months of advanced planning, design, and final implementation by Advanced Access staff for quality customer service and with the needs of valued clients in mind.

Visiting the new site at www.AdvancedAccess.com, visitors will find entire sections devoted to customer ease and satisfaction, with a number of helpful new resources and information designed to provide “complete customer care.”

New features that have been improved include a "What’s New" section, which provides a complete listing of monthly client e-newsletters that are sent out to all Advanced Access clients free of charge. Additional improved favorites also include “Weekly Marketing Tips,” Training Class information, a Search Engine Reference Guide, National Seminar Speaker Listing, and Premium Marketing Package information.

The new design also features a variety of well-organized and easy-to-navigate functions, with INTERACTIVE features including a state-of-the-art color choice module. By simply clicking on a desired color block, visitors or clients can choose the color in which the Advanced Access site is viewed – and choices include blue, teal, fuchsia, black and green. With easily located “drop-down” windows, clients can now easily find all of the information that they will need to manage their own Advanced Access site, which will now include TOLL-FREE numbers and contact information provided on every page throughout the site for customer convenience.

As its client roster has grown since 1998 with only 600 clients, Advanced Access has demonstrated its commitment to superior customer service by providing the latest in technological support to its approximate 35,000 customer nationwide.
