Advanced Access Finalizes Agreement With Virginia Association of REALTORS® (VAR)

California-Based Firm Completes Agreement With Seventh State REALTOR® Association

(Anaheim, CA – May 4, 2005) – Advanced Access, today announced that it has reached a final agreement with the Virginia Association of REALTORS® (VAR). The Affinity Program Agreement designates Advanced Access as the preferred provider of Website services to more than 34,000 VAR members statewide. The Virginia Association of REALTORS® is currently ranked as the tenth largest State Association in the country and the agreement now establishes formal strategic partnerships for Advanced Access with a total of seven State REALTOR® Associations throughout the country.

The California-based firm is widely known for its critical-edge Internet products, programs and services. They include the Classic Package 3.0™ Website; a powerful and systematic e-mail marketing program known as Intellicards™, and the newly introduced QuickHomes^® search program, all which combine to provide clients with “the NEXT generation of Website technology for real estate professionals.”

In addition, Advanced Access currently holds agreements with three of the top five largest statewide REALTOR® Associations in the United States, and is recognized as an industry leader in Website design, hosting and Internet marketing for real estate professionals. Current “preferred provider” agreements are in place with the Florida Association of REALTORS®; the Illinois Association of REALTORS®; REBR (Real Estate Business Resources) a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Kansas Association of REALTORS®; the Oregon Association of REALTORS®; the New York State Association of REALTORS®, and the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®.
