Dominion Enterprises Acquires Leading Website Developer
Advanced Access

Expands Customer Base in Real Estate Sector; Extends Homes.com Portal as Data Source

(Norfolk, VA - September 20, 2006) - Dominion Enterprises, a leading media and information services company, said today that it will acquire Advanced Access, Anaheim, Calif., for an undisclosed cash purchase price.

With nearly 35,000 customers, Advanced Access is the leading provider of web design, Internet marketing and hosting services for real estate professionals in the United States. The company has annualized revenue of approximately $15 million and employs 130 people in Orange County.

"Today's acquisition adds another significant piece to Dominion's array of real estate marketing services," said CEO Conrad Hall. "With Advanced Access' clients, we now provide print and Internet advertising and marketing services to over 145,000 real estate customers nationwide."

Dominion's existing real estate Internet businesses include: Homes.com, a homes-for-sale portal and web services provider; Best Image Marketing/NUMBER1EXPERT, the premier provider of Internet marketing services to top-producing real estate agents; Katabat, a leading website and lead management provider for brokers; and HarmonHomes.com. In addition to these Internet businesses, Dominion Enterprises is the largest publisher of free distribution residential real estate magazines including Harmon Homes, Homes Solutions, New Homes & Living, and Distinctive Homes.
