Advanced Access Celebrates 10 Years of Industry Service 

California-Based Firm To Mark Milestone With Various Promotional Activities

(Anaheim, CA – January 4, 2008) – Advanced Access, a division of Dominion Enterprises, is beginning the New Year by marking its 10th Anniversary of exceptional industry service.  Founded in 1998, the firm has emerged as the leader in website development, hosting, e-mail and Internet marketing for real estate professionals, and is planning a year-long celebration of customer appreciation-related activities.

Justin Davis, Vice-President and General Manager of Advanced Access, offered his insight into this significant accomplishment.  “The website design and Internet marketing field is a relatively new one, and I’m proud to say that we’ve been here from the very beginning.  I believe it’s also important to note that the high quality customer service we founded the company on in nineteen ninety-eight is still maintained to this day.  I’d like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our valued customers who’ve remained a part of our family over the years.  It is truly our pleasure to serve you.”

After establishing one of the most successful real estate firms in Southern California, John Morris founded J. Williams Inc. which developed the agent-friendly Sellmore, Showpro, and Easyflyer real estate software programs.  These programs were so successful that Morris, his wife Jerra and daughter Kristina, successfully launched Advanced Access in 1998.  With over 20 years in the real estate industry and with a keen sense of real estate customized software application, they were able to form a perfect foundation of what Advanced Access has evolved into today.

What made the company so unique in those early days, was that its’ products and services were “designed for REALTORS® by REALTORS®.”  This unique blend of practical application, combined with technological insight has allowed Advanced Access to grow into the industry leader that begins its’ tenth year of dedicated service with over 35,000 clients nationwide.

On September 19th, 2006, Advanced Access began a new chapter in its’ history, as it was acquired by Dominion Enterprises of Norfolk, Virginia, as part of their growing family of real estate-related companies.
