Advanced Access Showcases Latest Offering at the
Realty World^® Annual International Awards Convention

ANAHEIM, Calif., April 7, 2008 – Advanced Access (www.AdvancedAccess.com), the widely-recognized leader in website development for the real estate industry and a division of Dominion Enterprises, will present its latest offering of consumer-oriented data at the Realty World^® Annual International Awards Convention, April 10-11, in San Antonio.

Advanced Access recently announced the addition of eNeighborhood’s Neighborhood Data Exchange (NDX) product to all Advanced Access websites. NDX integrates and delivers to real estate professionals more than 275 fields of information, including data about schools, demographics, employment, housing, crime, climate, and property-sold data.  The service also includes an improved mapping system, which allows consumers to conduct instant searches. The information is delivered in an XML format that can be integrated with other data sources, such as MLS or IDX/VOW property databases.

Realty World^® Convention attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about NDX and the many other advantages of an Advanced Access website by stopping by booth #1 in the exposition hall.
