One of our most exciting and dedicated employees is Ron Navarrete, our Client Training Manager.

Ron joined the Advanced Access team in May of 2007, and recently was promoted to the position of Client Training Manager.  During his first year of employment, Ron distinguished himself as a Customer Support Representative, where he routinely was required to reach-out and assist clients who needed insight into their customer support issues.  His distinguished efforts and his eagerness to assist our clients, was a major reason that he was chosen to fill the client training manager position.

As the Client Training Manager, Ron’s general list of responsibilities include:

·          Scheduling, setting-up, and teaching of all online training classes in the WebEx format

·         The maintaining of all class records – registered students and class participants list

·          Address and answer forum posts and solve customer problems with effective solutions

·         Maintain class training online demo websites

·         Develop class notes, training curriculums and other materials for student training use

·         Research and build new online training classes and resources

Ron was born in Los Angeles, California, and was raised in the nearby community of El Monte, as the youngest of four children.  He has two older sisters, Adilia & Yvette, and an older brother, Ronald Steve.

Ron’s hobbies include traveling with his wife of two years, Yasamin, cooking, movies, and sampling the diverse club scene in and around the greator Los Angeles area.  When he’s not at work, Ron also enjoys playing his saxophone since 1984, and continues to play even today for the 300^th Army Band of Los Angeles.
