Lead GenerationADVANCED ACCESS sites are created to be a powerful lead generation tool from each page within your website. Your Visitors can e-mail you from every page of your site. Our websites offer an e-mail link on every page, so the consumer can easily e-mail the real estate professional with the click of a mouse. In addition, throughout our real estate resource center, the buyer and seller information section, and on nearly every section in our 900 plus page Classic 3.0 website, there are contact forms that the consumer can fill out to request additional information, ensuring it is quick and easy to reach you from ANY section in their site. Auto Responder Reports. In our "Free Reports" program, we offer 7 pre-written consumer information reports which pertain to the real estate industry. To request a report, the consumer fills out a form that contains their name, phone number and e-mail address. After the consumer submits the form the report is immediately sent to you via e-mail (this is known as an auto responder.) In addition, at the same time you are notified with the visitor's information so you can follow-up with the consumer in the future. In addition to our 7 pre-written reports, you can add unlimited numbers of additional reports with your own custom content. These reports can be added to the pre-designed reports, or substituted for the ones we already provide in this section. Some of our clients prefer to leave their site more "open" for visitors (without mandatory "sign in" forms) and others prefer to not allow listing or other information to be displayed without first having the consumer sign in. Our website control center, called our "Virtual Office" allows much flexibility for you to determine what is best for your individual needs. A note about Search Engine Inclusion and Placement. In order to do everything that we can to get your website ranking in the Search Engines, we provide helpful advice in our member forums and in many of our Real Estate Marketing Tips to all of our clients. We use our Marketing Tips and member forums to give you ideas on things that you can do in order to increase your presence online and draw positive attention to your website from the Search Engines. Currently, most Search Engines prefer that you do not submit your website to them for inclusion, but rather that they find your site naturally through the process of crawling the web.
