Through your Advanced Access website, you have a special program called Favorite Links.  This program enables you to add in links to other website addresses that you think are unique and interesting. 

The favorite links page is strictly for YOU.  It can involve a bit of research to find sites that your prospective clients might enjoy.  Also, the idea is for you to share some of your interests with your prospective clients.

For example, if you enjoy art, you might want to provide a link to the World Wide Arts Resource at http://wwar.com/ - Or to find the latest news at the Art & Culture site, here is a great link for you: http://www.artandculture.com/ACSniffer/.

If you love animals, you can always provide links to  http://www.petfinder.org/ to find your perfect pet. 

Other resources you might want to consider could be interesting facts, a joke of the day site,  or special information regarding your area.  

An interesting site regarding 'wacky uses' for household items could be found at: http://www.wackyuses.com/.

Need to find someone?  Try out http://www.anywho.com/ who partners with AT&T to find anyone in the world.

As we've discussed in previous Marketing Tips, one marketing strategy that can help to increase the number of links on other web sites to your web site is called "reciprocal linking". The best part about this marketing strategy is that, it costs nothing to implement, can be a great referral source, and has the potential of bringing in many closed transactions per year without too much additional effort. The Favorite Links section is the perfect location for you to set up your reciprocal link partners.

If you would like to set up favorite links through your website, you would want to log in to your Virtual Office.  From the main menu select, Favorite Links.

2. In New URL put the domain name (website address) of the link you want to add. Be sure you have the complete address including the http://.

3. In the Description area type in a brief description of what the site contains.  Make your description as interesting as possible to make your prospects really want to click on that link!

4. Click the Add New Link button.
