HO HO HO -- It's our December Newsletter!

Announcing MORE FREE Upgrades to our Websites

Our Advanced Access "elves" have been hard at work during the holiday season!  Recently, we have made several enhancements to some of the editable features included in your website.

Favorite Links Upgrades

We have restructured our Favorite Links program so you now have the choice between showing the actual URL of your link, or hiding the URL and just showing a description of the link.

We have received many comments in the past from our valued clients about how it would be nice to 'hide' the actual URL of the site your viewers are checking.  You now have this choice through your Virtual Office.

You may also change the ordering of your links, using the 'Display Order' feature.   You also now have the ability to change from a wide selection of Title Headers with more graphics coming soon!

Free Reports Enhanced!

Free upgrade for the Free Reports program! Recently we have upgraded our Free Reports program to include some exciting new content.

  • New and Enhanced 'Look and Feel'!

  • Ability to change from a wide selection of Title Headers.  More new graphics coming soon!

  • Ability to change default text on the page.  The text on the Free Reports page is structured for a single agent.   Many people have expressed the desire to change this text to refer to a team, or multiple people.  You now have this option!

If you have the Free Reports program through your Virtual Office, please check out the new features!

Local Partners - Now you can Change the Title!

In our September newsletter we had a poll asking your assistance regarding the name of 'Local Partners'.  Well, we took your advice!

You now have the ability to:

  • Change from a wide selection of Title Headers.  More new graphics coming soon!

  • Change default text on the page.  The text on the Local Partners page may now have personal information regarding your area.  Just login to your Virtual Office to change the description.

Advanced Access Employees Celebrate the Season – December 1, 2000

On December 1, 2000, the employees, spouses, and friends of Advanced Access kicked up their heels and celebrated the Holiday Season at Dave and Buster’s Restaurant in Orange, California. After dinner, we were entertained by our own enthusiastic group during Karaoke (who KNEW such talent existed among our staff and their friends!) All who attended agree that most of us (there were a few notable exceptions, mind you!) should probably “keep our day jobs.”

Meet Our Team…. Introducing Erik Johannessen!

Erik Johannessen, pictured at left, is our Accounting and Purchasing Manager. Erik runs our Accounting Department, keeps the bills paid, and is in charge of ensuring that everything in the office runs smoothly – “from office supplies to hardware and software problems.” In addition to his accounting duties, as our General Office Manager, Erik is probably the most “called-upon” person in the office by his colleagues.

Born in Orange, California, Erik attended Cal State Fullerton with a Major in Biology, and a Minor in Theatre. Extremely talented and outgoing, Erik has been acting and performing in the theater since he was 7 years old. He has been featured in several plays and TV spots, including “Sister Act II.”

Erik is half Norwegian (on his father’s side) and half Apache Indian (on his mother’s side). Proud of his Native American heritage, Erik regularly attends Indian ceremonies and events. As a “Professional Karaoke'er,” Erik entertained us with several numbers at our Holiday party earlier this month.

In his spare time, Erik enjoys Volleyball, and Mountain Biking. Recently we were honored to attend Erik’s wedding to his beautiful bride, Elizabeth, aka “Cory”. Erik and Cory were married in a traditional Native American ceremony outside in a park in Orange County. We wish Erik and Cory happiness in their marriage and in their life together. We’re proud to have Erik on our team.

To our Valued Customers:

Seasons Greetings from all of us at Advanced Access!

HAVE PATIENCE with all things, but chiefly have patience with yourself. Do not lose courage in considering your own imperfections but instantly set about remedying them—every day begin the task anew.
