Map It ….allows you to click on an icon in the ListNOW database and create a map of the location of the property – quickly, easily and automatically!
Print It ….allows you to click on an icon in the ListNOW database to print an attractive flyer with the listing information for future reference – complete with your name, phone number and contact information.
Email It…allows you to click on an icon in the ListNOW database to email a graphic description of your listing to the recipient of your choice.

Communications Center: Create your own Virtual Emails INSTANTLY! Virtual emails make it easy to create your own emails – making it easy to determine the source of your advertising leads. Virtual emails are forwarded to the email address of your choice, and are controlled directly by you through our virtual office.

What is a Virtual Email? A virtual email is a means to provide you with an email address that directly complements your Web site address. For example if your Web address were www.JoeSellsRealEstate.com, you could set up your email alias as Joe@JoeSellsRealEstate.com. Your email alias would automatically be forwarded to your existing e-mail account, where you would read it as usual.

Email Auto Response! Are you too busy to answer your emails in a timely fashion? Then use our email auto responders! Meet Your Account Executive………….Angie Cummings!

We would like to introduce you to our hard-working and dedicated Account Executives so we’ll be featuring one of our representatives periodically in our e-newsletters. We’re proud of our Account Executives’ commitment to superior customer service:

Not just a pretty face, Angie Cummings is also a knowledgeable, helpful and efficient representative of the company. Angie has been with Advanced Access since the autumn of 1999. Originally from Michigan, Angie moved to California in 1997 to attend college. Angie is currently completing her degree in Graphic Design at Saddleback College. She owns her own home in Laguna Hills, California and is a landlord with several roommates, and her pit bull named Smokey. Angie’s boyfriend also works as an Advanced Access Account Executive - Mike Weeks.

In Angie’s free time she enjoys dancing, drawing, kickboxing and traveling. She has a strong appreciation of nature, especially beautiful southern California. Angie always looks to find the best in a person. Her favorite aspect of being an Account Executive is teaching her customers how to interact with their website and hearing the happiness in their voice when they understand the concepts and applications.

Advanced Access Signs Lease for MORE office space!

In an effort to better serve our growing list of clients, we have just signed a lease which will nearly double the square footage at our Anaheim Hills headquarters. The office space is necessary to accommodate additional Account Executives we are hiring to assist our customers.

Our new office will feature a HANDS-ON training room where we will hold our weekly training sessions on the Virtual Office and Website Marketing. In addition, we will be featuring Guest Instructors who will be brought in to teach seminars on subjects relating to real estate and internet marketing.
