Announcing Exciting New Enhancements to our
Websites…
Our programming staff has had a busy
summer, and with the addition of new talent to this division, we are pleased to
offer the following enhancements to our web products and services.
Local
Partners FREE Upgrade

By popular request, we have made
significant improvements to our Local Partners
section. Local Partners (announced as an
optional upgrade in the July newsletter) is a program that allows you to create
individual homepages for businesses in your area, or link to their web site.
If the local business has a web site you
can add an icon (small photo representing who/what they are) along with a short
description of the business, and then link straight to their web
site.
If the business does not have a web site
you can add an icon, short description, and the program will link to a separate
page that describes the business and how they can help the consumer. The page
will also list their address, phone number, and will include a contact page that
will send them an email. If they do not have an email address, the contact form
will go straight to you. You can then pass on the message to the business you
are recommending.
NOW, with our latest enhancements,
you are able to develop "categories" for your partners and rank them in the
order you choose. For more information about our Local
Partners program, please email us - info@advancedaccess.com.

Intellicards FREE Upgrade!
Our Intellicards
program has been completely TRANSFORMED with
NEW content, NEW
design templates, and an easier-to-use administration
section.
The following are the
highlights of the enhancements:
-
Addition of our fabulous new Homeowners Tips
campaign, written by our own copywriter extraordinaire Barbara Terrell. Homeowners Tips are a fabulous12-month
program of articles and advice for homeowners in newsletter form. Some of the
subjects include "Which Improvements Increase the Resale
Value of my Home," "Feng Shui," "Is it Time to Replace My Roof," "Finding a Good
Neighborhood," and more. Homeowners tips can be sent out
automatically through the program to your target market.
-
New Templates for the "look" of the
Intellicards - featuring the ability to attach
files and enhance text (embolden, italicize,
etc.) with a custom message.
-
Option to SAVE your IntelliC@rd for future use.
-
Automatic "opt-out" removal of
email addresses from your database if one of your recipients asks to be removed
from your mailing list. The program will also remove any "bad" email addresses
from your list, so you won't be sending them again in the future.
-
A more efficient Address Book
section, including the ability to "search" for names or email addresses from
within your list, with easy-to-edit name screens.
-
Online Help with valuable information, and
printable manuals, phone numbers, and online support request forms.
-
You can now choose SELECTION
CRITERIA from within each category of IntelliC@rd lists (i.e. City or Zip Code.)
Our Intellicards update is FREE to all current IntelliC@rd users. On or about the beginning of
October, if you have this program, you will be given the option to "test drive
the new version" with the click of a button. Please don't hesitate to contact us
if you have any questions about this new FREE
upgrade.
Currently, we're offering our IntelliC@rd program at $299.95. After we introduce the
NEW & IMPROVED version, the price will be increased to $399.95. Don't miss
out!

Place
Your Website Address on your CAR!
In one of our recent weekly "Marketing Tips" we featured the above URL
plates. Placing a URL plate on a car will immediately draw the public's
attention and will generate more traffic (no pun intended) to your
website!
As a real estate professional, you're in
your car all the time, and your vehicle will pass hundreds of motorists every
day... A strategically placed URL tag can guarantee you a receptive, captive
audience for your message. These tags are made of the same materials the big
three auto makers use... injection molded plastic, which is chrome foil plated
and triple coated with lacquer to stand up to the elements and car
washings.
Prices for the URL or e-mail tag begin at
$29.95 for chrome. You can also order gold URL plates for $34.95 as well. For
more information, please Click Here!

Advanced Access Earns The
"Gold"
Real Estate ABC
With the Summer Olympics underway, it is
an appropriate time to think of Gold Medals and...Gold Awards. Some website
"Gold Awards" are relatively easy to win, but
the ones offered by RealEstateABC.com are not. To earn a Real Estate ABC
Gold Award, a web site must "overwhelm the web visitor with on-site consumer
oriented content."
Advanced Access has been recognized by Real Estate ABC as
a consumer oriented web designer. The informative content on your Advanced
Access website has earned you an award you can be proud to display. So, if you
want your Real Estate ABC Gold Award, just tell your Advanced Access Account
Executive to pick it up HERE to display on your website. (Hint: This is great for reciprocal linking and will help your
position on search engines for link popularity!)

A Directory of Real
Estate and Homes

known for being the most Cyber Savvy on the Internet.
USARED.com appreciates having Advanced Access
clients, and their terrific Web Sites on their "Directory of Real Estate and
Homes." That's why they are offering any Advanced Access customers a 25%
discount off of their current rates. For more information, log onto www.USARED.com, and go to

September Newsletter Poll:
Give us your thoughts
about the name for our Local Partners section:
Recently we have had a few inquiries from
our valued clients about the name of our new Local Partners section.
Specifically, their questions were about the use of the word Partner, and its
possible financial connotations. In http://www.websters.com, the following has been given
to define the word:
part·ner (pärt n r)
n.
-
One that is united or associated with
another or others in an activity or a sphere of common interest,
especially:
-
A member of a business partnership.
-
A spouse.
-
Either of two persons dancing
together.
-
Sports & Games. One of a pair or team
in a sport or game, such as tennis or bridge.
When we developed this section, our
intention was to give you a marketing tool where you could feature local
businesses that you were recommending on your website. For your protection, a
short disclaimer is included on the main page in case of possible "dissatisfied
clients of Local Partners." However, in light of our recent inquiries, we're
wondering if the word "Partner" brings up too many issues for the consumer.
Maybe you can help us think of another, more appropriate name for this
section.
What do you
think? Please give us your thoughts on the above if you have a little
extra time and care to participate in our "Opinion Poll!" We'll report the
results to you in our next newsletter.

Meet Our Account Executives…. Introducing Michelle Gregory!
Our Account Executives are the people who work
with our valued customers, answering your questions and maintaining your
websites. This month, we're featuring Michelle Gregory, one of our newly
promoted Senior Account Executives.
Michelle Gregory was born in California,
and was raised in both the northern (Sacramento) and southern (Los Angeles area)
ends of the Golden State. She was educated at San Diego State University and
received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. (Sorry, Michelle can't provide any
professional psychological services - she's too busy with your website
questions!)
Michelle lived abroad for one year after
graduation from SDSU, traveling all over the United Kingdom (Swansea, Wales
specifically) before returning home to work in the "real world."
As a product of the Internet Generation,
Michelle met her future husband and Director of Web Design at Advanced Access,
Troy Gregory, where else - on the Internet!
No, they didn't meet at
the Advanced Access "online chat room" and have an "office romance." They met
and fell in love before we knew them. Troy was hired first, and recommended his
fiancé Michelle a few months later. The rest is history. They drive together to
work every day, and it's working out great - they're still married after nearly
4 months of wedded co-worker bliss! Michelle and Troy had a beautiful wedding in
June and honeymooned in Cancun, Mexico. Now can you see why we call ourselves a
"Family Operation?"
Michelle and Troy own a home in Orange County,
California, and go home every day to their beloved Charlie - a West Highland
White Terrier - or, as Michelle fondly describes him "Charlie the Terror." The
proud parents display pictures of Charlie on their desks for all their
colleagues to see.
When Michelle is not working or taking
Troy and Charlie for a walk, she enjoys music, movies, traveling, swimming,
dancing, skiing, traveling and photography.
