WOW - Intellicards is Better than EVER!

ADVANCED ACCESS is pleased to announce our NEW and IMPROVED Intellicards program. This is a free upgrade for existing Intellicards users -- we've taken many of your ideas and suggestions and combined them into a fabulous resource for POWER email marketing.

Here are some of our new and exciting features….

A completely new section to Manage your IntelliC@rd Campaigns. Now you can VIEW each of your campaigns, and edit the individual greetings separately and/or delete individual recipients.
You can also COPY your campaigns for use as a new and separate campaign. The program gives you the choice to edit the name/description of the campaign, and set up your own dates to send.
Now you can customize your campaigns - Mix and Match your campaigns to change the message -- send out a Flash Greeting in May, a Newsletter in June, and a Homeowners Tips in July.

HOT NEW DESIGNS for our Graphic Template Styles. In addition to our already extensive collection of striking designs, we've added many new styles from which you can choose. Each of our new templates can be completely customized by you, with text, images and links to your website.

Add your own NEW Campaign … and customize it to your specifications. You can create your own designs for your campaign with HTML, Text, Links, etc. Use your imagination and have fun!

AA Client Wins Realtor Magazine Award for Website

Congratulations to ADVANCED ACCESS clients Vern & Audrey English, of Tampa, Florida. Vern & Audrey were included in Realtor Magazine's 'Top 10 Eye-Catching Realtor® Web Sites' and were awarded the coveted "Best Use of a Template." Vern & Audrey have one of our SmartSite Styles, and their site is an excellent example of the use of one of our styles with custom upgrades. ADVANCED ACCESS Makes Office Expansion Plans…

As the number of ADVANCED ACCESS customers increases on a daily basis, so does the number of our employees (currently we have 65 hard-working people on staff.) In order to maintain our excellent level of customer service and response time for our valued clients, we are constantly hiring dedicated Account Executives and Administrative personnel to build and maintain your websites. As always, our goal is to provide excellent service, state-of-the-art programming interfaces, and constant upgrades to our products to ensure our clients remain on the cutting edge of Internet Marketing.

Although we are all very good friends and enjoy working "closely" together, we have found it is time to plan for additional office space in the near future before we become "too close for comfort." We're confident that this will not involve a move to a new location; however, we will keep you posted and let you know as time goes on.

Do you need an Interior Design firm to recommend to your most discriminating clients? Check out Piccadilly Designs, based in Los Angeles, California. Ron Dayan, Owner of Piccadilly Designs, has come highly recommended by some of our clients in Southern California. Although based on the West Coast, Piccadilly Designs is currently expanding its services to locations across the country.

Many of Ron Dayan's clients call him "The Sherlock Holmes of Interior Designers" because of his unique intuition and ability to read their minds and capture just the right interiors for them. "I actually use Holmes' methods of detection in my design process, to discover what the client would love to be surrounded by, and need now, and years from now. I often do this without even asking the client any questions, simply observing, listening, and being in tune with their signals."

Love is in the air at ADVANCED ACCESS, as two of our Account Executives are planning to take their vows next Month.

Anna Wise & Nicholas Bourland

Anna Wise, one of our devoted Account Executives, will soon be known as Anna Bourland as her wedding to her fiancé Nicholas is Saturday, May 5th. Nick and Anna met at church through a mutual friend. The attraction was immediate….Anna was directing a play and she suckered Nick into a singing part. After four years of dating, they're headed for the altar. Nick is a distribution specialist at Beckman Laboratories, was just promoted to a troubleshooting position within the department. Note to Anna's clients: don't worry…you will be taken care of by Anna's colleagues during her honeymoon!

Chris Clelland & Fabi Chimirri

Our efficient Senior Account Executive, Chris Clelland, will be marrying his beautiful fiancée Fabi on May 26th.

An interesting story about how Chris and Fabi got to know each other: (for those who weren't around for our August newsletter!) On their way to have coffee, Fabi (with her "brand new" drivers license!) was behind the wheel and nearly ran into the corner of the Fullerton Savings and Loan building. Chris tried to save the day (and both of their lives) by pulling the steering wheel as hard as he could. He pulled hard enough on the steering wheel to just barely take out a stop light. To this day, that street corner holds a lot of sentiment for both Fabi and Chris, although I'm told the wedding will not be held there!
