Check us out! It was about time for a badly needed facelift on our ADVANCED ACCESS company site, so we gave our talented design team a challenge: to create an ADVANCED (no pun intended) design utilizing state-of-the-art technology, which is quick loading and displays on most browsers on the Internet. The result? A dramatic and eye catching website with modern multi-level FLASH animation, and a wealth of information about our products and services.

Congratulations to Jerry Smith, the graphic artist behind our dazzling new design, and to the other members of our gifted design team for their collaborative efforts to give us a website we are PROUD to call our own.

With our expertise in Internet Marketing, your coach will then set up a specific plan for SUCCESS with your ADVANCED ACCESS website. The program is for six months, with 8 personal coaching telephone sessions, and for the remainder of the contract period we are available for any "hotline" calls.

Every step of the plan is specific to your own needs and desires. Our commitment is to identify the most effective solutions and to give you specific direction for actions that will maximize your efforts and results.

How 'Bout that Summer Housing Market?

From an article by Blanche Evans in the "Agent News" section of the online Realty Times, according to the National Association of REALTORS®, homes are increasing in price, despite an economic slowdown. Fueled by low interest rates and relatively low unemployment, home sales are still selling at a near-record pace, prompting Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan to attribute housing to stabilizing the downturn of other economic factors. But there are also early warnings of a possible housing recession.

According to real estate professionals across the country, home inventories, along with prices, are on the rise. Price, terms and condition of the property become more important as the market changes.
