June 2001 Newsletter

And what is so rare as a day in June? Then, if ever, come perfect days.
Then Heaven tries earth if it be in tune, And over it softly her warm ear lays;
Whether we look, or whether we listen, We hear life murmur, or see it glisten.
- James Russell Lowell

Technology and Growing Pains…

When we began our small web design business in 1998, our primary concern was your complete satisfaction with our level of service. Four years and over 8000 clients later that priority has remained steadfast, and our commitment to do "whatever it takes to ensure your success" is backed by dedicated Account Executives and Administrative staff who are here to serve your website requirements.

In last month's newsletter we introduced our new ListNOW v 3.0 - an exciting new listing database with more features and options to enhance your website. Unfortunately this upgrade, that was meant to be a positive conversion for our clients, has brought some technical challenges. As a result, some of our valued clients have been inconvenienced through the upgrade process, and our normal speedy response time has also been affected due to the heavy volume of technical support calls.

Please be assured that our technical staff is working around the clock to correct any technical problems, and accept our heartfelt apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced in your conversion to the new ListNOW program. We value your business, and as always, appreciate your patience, your loyalty and your support.

The Reviews are in: ListNOW is a Winner!

On a positive note, many of our clients have already expressed their approval of the new features and benefits of our ListNOW Listing Management System. Here are a few of their comments:

From Byron, Georgia:

"I took a look at how the new listing looks and WOW, am I impressed and excited! You folks thought of things I wouldn't have even THOUGHT of! Thanks for the good work.

…The new listing service is absolutely GREAT!! I LOVE the way you let the customer control the way and order that the listings are displayed, in addition to giving us agents more controls, too.

The banners at the top are a neat touch, too. I even found one that has a Georgia flair! Thanks!!! =)"

And, from San Diego, California:

"Your new List Now upgrade is fantastic. I just wanted to throw a quick note to you that your company and service has absolutely exceeded my expectations. Justin's response time is fast and consistent and your company is always finding ways to improve its services. It is obvious that you are keeping a close watch on the real estate industry and a close ear to your customers and their needs. Again, just wanted to say Thank You!"

ADVANCED ACCESS Commits to Long-Term Office Lease

When ADVANCED ACCESS was founded in a small home office in Anaheim Hills, California, we never dreamed that some day we would have thousands of clients across the country and 85 employees to support the needs of our valued customers. Although we always planned for a "consistent and conservative" increase in our market share, certain factors in the industry (i.e. other real estate web design firms filing bankruptcy) have contributed to an explosive level of growth in the first two quarters of 2001.

Currently we are negotiating with our landlord for nearly 21,000 square feet of office space in the same building to accommodate our growth at the present and in the future. None of this would be possible without the support of our loyal clients across the country, and we thank you sincerely for your business.

Employee News: Another Wedding in the AA Family

Emily Glyer, one of our friendly and efficient Account Executives, is due to be married early next month to Justin Fontes. Emily met her future husband in Seattle while Emily was attending Seattle Pacific University (Justin is a born and bred Washingtonian). They first caught each other's eye at a club in downtown Seattle. What started as smiles from across a dance floor quickly blossomed into a match made in heaven. Last year Justin proposed to Emily in front of a huge crowd at Medieval Times.

Justin works for Globe International, a prestigious furniture rental and property management company. Justin and Emily love to spend time together taking pictures, developing in their handmade dark room, off-roading in Justin's truck, and fixing up their new apartment. After the wedding, the newlyweds are off to Aruba, where they will spend a week basking in the sun and splashing in the ocean! As they are a couple of the new millennium, Emily and Justin have their own wedding website.

To our Valued Customers:

Thank you for your business - we appreciate your patronage and support. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions, please send them to us.

** Refer one of your colleagues to ADVANCED ACCESS - if they purchase a website, we'll add a FREE MONTH OF HOSTING to your existing contract. **

An Irish wish
May you have warm words on a cold evening,
A full moon on a dark night,
And the road downhill all the way to your door.
