September 2001 Newsletter

This newsletter is dedicated to the innocent victims of the senseless attack on our country on September 11, 2001, and to their families and loved ones who have been affected by the disaster. May the indomitable spirit of the American people, and the heroes who have donated
their time, their resources and their talents to help their fellow citizens, help
bring us peace during these difficult times.

All of us at ADVANCED ACCESS wish to express our deepest sympathies to those
whose lives have been changed forever by this tragedy. Our thoughts,
prayers and best wishes are with every American citizen.

"And yet, when I look up at the sky, I somehow feel that everything will change for the better, that this cruelty too shall end, that peace and tranquility will return once more."
- Anne Frank (1929-1945) Writer

New Inspirational Marketing Campaign in Intellicards

Thanks to the creativity and teamwork of our talented staff, our Intellicards are better than ever, with MORE selections of pre-designed marketing campaigns. You can now set up an INSPIRING 12-month campaign and arrange to have it sent AUTOMATICALLY to your clients each month for a year. Each monthly greeting features a beautiful scenic photograph and an accompanying inspirational quote. Most importantly, you can personalize your greeting with your own individual message to your client or prospect. Our new motivational campaign is a great way to inspire your clients each month and keep your name and photo in front of them at the same time.

NEW "Create Your Own Personal Greeting" Feature

Now you can create your OWN personal IntelliC@rd with a photograph and greeting of your choice. Check out all of the new features in your Intellicards menu in the new Virtual Office. Or, for additional information about Intellicards, please contact your Account Executive.

The talented people behind our fabulous new features in Intellicards are the following:

Angie Cummings

Angie is one of our "original" Account Executives, and is constantly looking for ways to improve our products. Recently Angie approached us with creative new ideas for our Intellicards program, so we placed her in charge of Product Development for Intellicards. Angie's first projects were the concept and design of the Inspirational campaign, and the "Create your Own Greeting" described above. She has many more ideas for development of Intellicards into a truly POWERFUL and easy to use product. (See below for future product enhancements.) We are so thankful to work with someone as gifted and creative as Angie and are proud to have her on our team.

Jenny Kim

Jenny has been with ADVANCED ACCESS in the Design department for over two years now. She has consistently demonstrated her creativity and skill in Flash applications with our "original" Intellicards Animated Greetings with the colorful and fun cartoon characters. As a creative graphics artist, Jenny continues to captivate us with her brilliant designs. Jenny even draws some of her own "characters" found in our Intellicards. We consider ourselves very fortunate to work with someone as talented as Jenny.

What's in Store for the FUTURE of Intellicards?

EASIER TO USE, MORE SELECTIONS ….. According to Angie Cummings, our Intellicards Specialist, you can look forward to the following product enhancements in the near future:

  • A new Holiday Campaign, with colorful greetings for all of the holidays throughout the year.
  • A tantalizing Recipe Campaign - great for your clients and prospects who like to cook (and eat!)
  • A reorganization of Intellicards "behind the scenes" to make it more user friendly than ever before.

We welcome feedback and suggestions about Intellicards from our valued clients. If you have any great ideas, please email Angie and she will be happy to consider all of your suggestions.

Where were You on September 11, 2001?

After the tragedy last Tuesday many of us at Advanced Access are finding comfort in personal contact with our colleagues, or through telephone or e-mail with friends, family and other loved ones. In times of grief, it is especially important for us to band together for a common purpose. This is what makes America the strongest and best country in the world. Some of our friends and fellow real estate professionals have posted their thoughts, feelings and experiences about the recent attack in an article in RealtyTimes. Some of the REALTORS® who posted their comments are from New York and provide a personal perspective of what it's like to be near "ground zero." Click here to read the article.

REALTORS® Come to the Rescue with Relief Fund

WASHINGTON, D.C.--The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® today established the REALTORS® Housing Relief Fund to help pay the mortgage and rental costs of the families devastated by yesterday's terrorist attacks in New York City and Washington, D.C.
NAR President Richard Mendenhall urged REALTORS® nationwide to contribute to the fund. NAR will make an initial contribution of $1 million to open the fund. Families of victims of yesterday's tragedies, including fire and emergency personnel, will be eligible for assistance to help offset the costs of mortgage payments and rents.
