FREE "My New Home" Interface
ADVANCED ACCESS is pleased to announce a marketing tool that is now available as a FREE enhancement to your website. This new feature is called "My New Home" and it is specifically designed to give your buyers a GREAT reason to send their family, friends and co-workers directly to your website. Your homebuyers can proudly display their new homes on your web site with this new feature. Here's how you can use "My New Home" to welcome friends, family and acquaintances of home buyers to YOUR website: Let's say Sunny and Joe Johnson purchase a new home from you. After the close of escrow, let Sunny and Joe know that you can add a picture of their new place to your website to celebrate their purchase. (The "My New Home" interface pulls the information directly from your ListNOW listing database.) Sunny and Joe will be so excited they'll tell all their friends and family to go to YOUR website so they can share in their new purchase. You never know when one of your clients' family or friends will be interested in buying or selling real estate and will think of YOU. It's all about exposure - the more people visiting your website, the more chances for leads that can result in sales. If you are interested in adding "My New Home" to your website, simply e-mail your Account Executive and we will be glad to add it for you with our compliments.

Major Expansion of Customer Service Department
How does this affect YOU? We're especially excited about our new "website check-up" program. During the past few years we've added loads of new features and programming interfaces that may not be included in your website. Our check-up program will include a thorough review of your site, and a phone call from your Account Executive with ideas and suggestions to make your website the best it can be. A regular review of your website by your Account Executive with positive enhancements will MAXIMIZE your results. So, be on the lookout for a call from your Account Executive during the next few months. As the number of ADVANCED ACCESS customers increases on a daily basis, so does the number of our employees (currently we have 110 hard-working people on staff.) In order to maintain our excellent level of customer service and response time for our valued clients, we are constantly hiring dedicated Account Executives and Administrative personnel to build and maintain your websites. As always, our goal is to provide excellent service, state-of-the-art programming interfaces, and constant upgrades to our products to ensure you remain on the cutting edge of Internet Marketing.
