NEW! Property Update Center Features
Password Protected Posts for your Client!

ADVANCED ACCESS is excited to announce our new Property Update Center. This fabulous new feature will streamline communication between you and your clients. The Property Update Center allows you to create a page for each of your transactions for your clients' review on the Internet. The page is accessible through your website with a unique password - ensuring complete privacy for each of your clients. The Property Update Center gives you the control to personalize each client's page through the Page Manager program.

Through your Virtual Office in the Support section, simply create a Username and Password that you can provide your client for secure access to view their personal transaction page on your website.

Here's how it works: After you have created a Username and Password through the Virtual Office, you can access Page Manager at any time to post periodic status reports for your clients to view at their convenience online from your website. The Page Manager program is extremely flexible - you can post photos of the property, messages, status updates, or use your imagination to find another great use for a password protected page on your website. With Page Manager you can use different font colors and sizes to emphasize your message.

There is no limit to the number of protected pages you can create through the Virtual Office.

Click on 'Property Update' and use the following Username and Password information to log in:

Username: 123
Password: 1234

This password will access John and Sally's secure page for their new real estate transaction.

Tap into a Growing Niche Market - Seniors Real Estate
Consider Becoming an SRES®

Special populations require special services when it comes to real estate, and the senior market is no exception. Buying or selling property can be trying at any age. Seniors have special issues, including anxieties about parting with old memories; questions about how the transaction should fit into larger estate planning, and uncertainties about whether the next house will be the last house.

Senior clients don't always need a hard-charging salesperson as much as they do an adviser, someone with the skills -- and perhaps most important, the patience -- to navigate what could be a lengthy passage.

The growth in the specialty is being propelled by the nation's changing demographics. Almost 60% of Americans age 55 and older currently own their homes outright, and by the year 2010, one in five Americans will be 65 or older. Today, more than half of homeowners age 65 and older have lived in their homes at least 20 years; as such these individuals have substantial equity -- and increasingly -- a wide variety of housing options to choose from if they decide to move later in life.

REALTORS with the "SRES" designation help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property or managing the capital gains and tax implications of owning real estate. By earning the "SRES" designation, the REALTOR has demonstrated that they have the requisite knowledge, experience and expertise to be a senior's real estate specialist and counselor.
