Our
holiday gift to our Intellicards clients: for months, the "elves" in Product Development at ADVANCED ACCESS have been making their lists of

Team Congratulations to the Intellicards Product Development Team,
for an intricate project that was extremely well orchestrated. Our Product Development Team consists of
our brilliant Programming and Design professionals. The Programming department is responsible
for the mechanics behind Intellicards 3.0, and the versatile new
functions and features. Pictured below
are members of the Programming Department - from left to right,
Zachary "Zac" Olsen, Software Engineer, Justin LaJoie, Director of
Information Technology, and Jeremy Spriggs, Software Engineer. In addition to the employees pictured
above, the talented Product Development team included consultants from our
customer service department (Christopher Clelland, Justin Davis, Jennifer
Bouillon, Angie Cummings, and Vanessa Holguin,) copy professionals (Barbara
Terrell,) and many more who all played a part in the final product. They all worked diligently for months
on the new Intellicards 3.0. It

month we're featuring Michelle Toda from the Customer Support Department. Michelle has been with the company for over
two years, and her patient and accommodating nature wins her clients over every
time. Genuinely interested in learning more about the people she works with,
Michelle's gentle and positive spirit is reflected in her daily interaction with
her customers. Michelle enjoys using her
creativity to solve her customers' problems and has a real knack for learning
new technology. Michelle's responsive
approach to customer service consistently wins her rave reviews. It's no wonder we have so many happy clients
at ADVANCED ACCESS, with people like Michelle on our team. Michelle offers a solid
background is in customer service and medical research. Active in her church,
Michelle also performs volunteer work for the RFBD Blind and Dyslexic, and is a
HOPE Worldwide relief program volunteer.
