Announcing NEW Intellicards 3.0

Our holiday gift to our Intellicards clients: for months, the "elves" in Product Development at ADVANCED ACCESS have been making their lists of improvements to be made to the popular Intellicards program, and checking them MORE than twice. The result of their efforts is a completely ENHANCED version of Intellicards - we're calling it Intellicards 3.0.

We've been working with some of our valued clients in beta testing for several months to ensure your new Intellicards program is as error free as possible. And, speaking of free - Intellicards is a FREE upgrade, now available for conversion in your Virtual Office.

Check out the fabulous features in the NEW Intellicards 3.0.

· Brand new "look" to the program, including new screens, graphics, and an easy-to-navigate design.

· Incredible graphics and state-of-the-art designs to dazzle your clients and prospects.

· A completely revamped Address Book section, containing more information about your contacts than EVER before. Now you can keep track of your clients' Birthdays, Anniversary Dates, multiple addresses, e-mails and phone numbers (6 phone number fields!) We've also included an extensive comments section so you can utilize your Address Book as a contact manager. You can now SEARCH through your address book for key words, making it easier than ever to find the contact you are looking for.

The Address Book section is now easier to work with - you can add, delete, search, and move contacts from one address book to another at the click of your mouse. Many of the improvements to this section were made at YOUR request.

· MORE - MORE - MORE of EVERYTHING - more Intellicards CHOICES, including more categories, sizzling graphics, dynamic color choices, and professional photo images. Intellicards 3.0 features over 500 attractive e-cards to choose from. You won't believe your eyes when you see how MANY cards our design department has created for you to send to your clients and

o Individual or Team Versions - If you're part of a team, you can choose to have your Intellicards pluralized - a great new addition to the program by popular request.

Kudos to the Intellicards Product Development Team

Congratulations to the Intellicards Product Development Team, for an intricate project that was extremely well orchestrated. Our Product Development Team consists of our brilliant Programming and Design professionals. The Programming department is responsible for the mechanics behind Intellicards 3.0, and the versatile new functions and features. Pictured below are members of the Programming Department - from left to right, Zachary "Zac" Olsen, Software Engineer, Justin LaJoie, Director of Information Technology, and Jeremy Spriggs, Software Engineer.

Our Design team is responsible for the beautiful new graphics in Intellicards 3.0, the "look and feel" of the program screens, and the volume of e-cards from which you can choose. Pictured below are members of the Design Department. From left to right is Jason Spence, Designer, Jerry Smith, Designer, Tyler Nguyen, Designer, and Troy Gregory, Design Manager.

In addition to the employees pictured above, the talented Product Development team included consultants from our customer service department (Christopher Clelland, Justin Davis, Jennifer Bouillon, Angie Cummings, and Vanessa Holguin,) copy professionals (Barbara Terrell,) and many more who all played a part in the final product. They all worked diligently for months on the new Intellicards 3.0. We have designed your Intellicards 3.0 conversion to be completely automatic - everything will be converted on your behalf by our state-of-the-art programming systems. If you're ready to convert to Intellicards 3.0, simply log in to your Virtual Office, click on Intellicards 2.0, and look for the "pop-up" window. Follow the prompts to convert to the new version of Intellicards, and we will notify you when the job has been completed.

AA Employees Celebrate the Season

On Friday night, December 6, 2002 , the employees, spouses, and friends of ADVANCED ACCESS kicked up their heels and celebrated the Holiday Season at the Embassy Suites Grand Ballroom in Anaheim , California . After dinner, we danced the night away - some of our people are practically "professional" dancers. We were also entertained by our own Advanced Access singers during Karaoke (who KNEW such talent existed among our staff and their friends!) What we lacked in talent we more than made up for in enthusiasm. J All who attended agree that most of us (there were a few notable exceptions, mind you!) should probably "keep our day jobs."

Meet Michelle Toda... our Featured AA Employee

This month we're featuring Michelle Toda from the Customer Support Department. Michelle has been with the company for over two years, and her patient and accommodating nature wins her clients over every time. Genuinely interested in learning more about the people she works with, Michelle's gentle and positive spirit is reflected in her daily interaction with her customers. Michelle enjoys using her creativity to solve her customers' problems and has a real knack for learning new technology. Michelle's responsive approach to customer service consistently wins her rave reviews. It's no wonder we have so many happy clients at ADVANCED ACCESS, with people like Michelle on our team.

Michelle offers a solid background is in customer service and medical research. Active in her church, Michelle also performs volunteer work for the RFBD Blind and Dyslexic, and is a HOPE Worldwide relief program volunteer. Michelle spearheaded the HOPE Toy Drive in our office this year. She enjoys tutoring math and science, reading, entertaining friends, and exhibiting her creativity by trying new recipes. Michelle is married, and takes pleasure in walking with her husband and watching (and playing) basketball.

Michelle's favorite quote is "What you do in life resounds in eternity," from the movie Gladiator. The world is certainly a little better because Michelle Toda is here, and we thank her for her exemplary service on behalf of our valued clients. We're honored to work with you, Michelle.
