How Does The New Customer Service Plan Benefit Me? 

  • An entire TEAM to serve you - Under our new plan, we don't just have one contact person to manage your account; instead we've restructured our concept so ALL of our customer support representatives work together for your benefit. You now have your personal "power team."
       
  • IMMEDIATE response time - What this means is that when you call in, instead of having to wait for your assigned representative to return your call, you will be immediately connected to a highly skilled agent. In the unlikely event that all of our agents are busy with calls, you will be put through to voice mail, which will allow the very next available representative to call you right back.
       
  • Response to your e-mails in 24-48 Hours - When you e-mail us, your request will be assigned to a representative, and you will receive a confirmation with an "Issue Number." If your request is a "quick change" the representative will take care of it for you. If it is a design change we will send it to the design department to be completed and we'll let you know when we're finished.
       
  • ONE Direct Number, ONE Direct E-mail Address - "What was that person's extension?" "How do you spell that person's e-mail address again?" "What was their NAME???" These concerns are a thing of the past. No longer will there be any need to remember more than one phone number or e-mail addresses. Just one of each.

  • Expanded Hours of Service. Effective immediately, we have expanded our hours of service for two additional hours per day. Our new hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
       
  • Accountability - All of your Customer Service Representatives share the same database, so they know everything we've been doing with your account. They are each well equipped with all the necessary tools to ensure that your questions are answered right when you call or e-mail. If your question requires further research, we have managers standing by. All of this means FASTER and more RELIABLE service for you.

in our Hawaii Success Contest

We thought you would enjoy reading Sherry's inspiring success story about the self confidence she gained through her ADVANCED ACCESS website:

"I really was not looking for a web designer when I got the call from ADVANCED ACCESS. I had only been in the "business" for a couple of months. I was never a very confident person really so it did surprise some people that I would even venture into this line of work. When I got the invitation to join ADVANCED ACCESS, my first thought was, 'I can't possibly tell this guy I don't know how to turn a computer on and you want me to manage a 'web something or another.' I am not sure what made me say yes except that I needed to give myself a fighting chance if I wanted to be successful.

Well in a few short weeks I was up and running. I was so amazed at the help I got from the support team and customer service, and I needed a lot of help. I started bragging about MY site and all the choices I had in my business. I started doing better in my presentations -- I displayed my site proudly on anything and everything. I read, studied, and copied all the marketing newsletters to better improve myself. Even with all this new "stuff" I was doing I lacked something. I was very intimidated to work with "higher" end buyers. I don't know why I just was. I realized it was a big hindrance in this line of work but I wasn't sure what to do about it.

Well, ADVANCED ACCESS to the rescue. I was looking at my e-mail one day and there was a letter from a buyer who had come across my site. His family had picked me out of all the Realtors® because of my site. I was so happy as I read how impressed they were and couldn't wait to meet me. Then it happened, I saw that they wanted a high priced home and I just nearly died. I thought of all the agents I could refer them to. It sounds kind of crazy now looking back. I guess I made up my mind that I just had to force myself to deal with this once and for all and it was going to start with this family. They came into town and I sold them a house, the most expensive home I have ever sold. They also mentioned that they could not believe how great the customer service was here. I am sooooo over my phobia. I am very pleased with my progress.

This letter isn't going to remark how much my production has improved, although it has. I am not going to tell you about going from low to higher end property although I have. This letter is all about a girl who answered the phone one day and said 'I deserve a chance to be a great agent not just have a job as one.' If I had not had that site I would still be questioning whether I could handle the wide diversity of people you meet in this business. Deep down I always thought I was smart, with my ADVANCED ACCESS website and marketing tools I proved it.

I am not afraid of change anymore and I certainly can do anything I put my mind to.

ADVANCED ACCESS' Sales Department is packing up their Exhibit Booth and getting ready to fly to New Orleans for the Annual National Association of REALTORS® Convention and Trade Show on November 8-11th in New Orleans. Expected attendance is over 20,000 REALTORS® and guests.

We're looking forward to the opportunity to meet new and existing clients in New Orleans, and expect the trade show to be exciting and successful for all of us.
