We are thankful for your loyalty and support during the past year, and wish you continued success in 2004. Pictured above are some of your Customer Support Representatives (including New Account Specialist, Customer Service, Managers, Designers, Quality Control, and Administrative support) – these are people you talk to (and e-mail!) every day who are here to serve you throughout the year. Seasons Greetings from all of us!
NEW Classic 3.0 Product Release Is a Success Recently we announced the release of the NEW generation of web design for REALTORS® - Classic Package 3.0. The response to the new Classic 3.0 has been phenomenal. We have been inundated with requests to upgrade and the process has been going well. We appreciate your patience with us as the heavy volume of upgrade requests has slowed down our response time slightly on your emails to our Customer Support department. We are working overtime hours to accommodate the extra workload and expect to be back to normal very soon. If you have already upgraded, you already know that the programming in the NEW Classic 3.0 is COMPLETELY different than the previous version. In the following weeks, we will be highlighting different sections of our new Classic 3.0 so you can take advantage of power you have to enhance your website. Remember, our NEW Classic Package 3.0 is a FREE upgrade from your previous Classic Package version. Your new program is backed by the same friendly and efficient service you've always received from our Customer Support Department. If you haven’t already, simply fill out the form below to notify us that you would like to upgrade to the new version, and you will be placed in our "Upgrade Queue." Due to volume of upgrade requests we are receiving, we are estimating your site should be transferred over to the NEW version within 3-7 business days. You will be emailed by a Customer Support Representative as soon as your new site is up and running, with more specific instructions. After your site has been upgraded to the new version, you may need to wait 24 hours to see your new website and login to your new Virtual Office. Your password will still be the same. It will take some time as such changes require an update of DNS (Domain Name Service.)

Have You Been Affected by the Google Update?
The search engine world was stunned on November 15th when Google executed a massive update in its algorithm without notice. This change in algorithm, known as "The Florida Update," caused a huge upheaval in the ranking system, resulting in many of our clients' positions in Google results being lowered. Search engine changes often occur without warning, and are harsh and frightening, disrupting rankings earned with hours of hard work. Many of your relocation leads are derived from the search engines. When you are no longer enjoying top rankings your leads can be diminished. We strongly suggest you continue to advertise your website through more traditional channels, and wait for Google to adjust their algorithms. It has now been several weeks after the primary Google change. Many of the previous updates required more than a month for the algorithms to shift to a more normal position. Although it may be painful, we still advise you to wait a few more weeks before making any drastic changes. Continue to add content to keep your website as fresh and relevant as possible. Also, feel free to visit the ADVANCED ACCESS Forums where the discussion continues under the 'Search Engine' category. For additional information about the Google update, please read our December 5 Marketing Tip.

have helped us reach some significant milestones in 2003, as well as meeting
some new goals and expectations in the The staff changes include the naming of Mark Gilmore as Vice President of Affinity Programs, and Gary R. Forms Major Partnerships With Leading State Associations Significant accomplishments this past year included a major “show of presence” at both the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) Expo in San Diego and also at the National Association of REALTOR® (NAR) event held recently in San Francisco. In addition, we completed our most ambitious appearance schedule throughout the country at various state and local Association trade shows. ADVANCED ACCESS formally introduced its newly designed Classic Package 3.0™, being promoted as “the next generation of Website design” for real estate professionals. Beta testing was completed by a small group of loyal clients that led to some effective and useful critique that was then applied to the final product prior to formal introduction. With the recent announcement of a “preferred provider” agreement with the Illinois Association of REALTORS®, this brings to four, the number of statewide REALTOR® Associations that ADVANCED ACCESS has reached agreement with over the past year. Other agreements have been finalized with the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®; REBR (Real Estate Business Resources) for the Kansas Association of REALTORS®; and the Florida Association of Realtors® (FAR). Our staff has conducted regularly scheduled training seminars here at our headquarters in Anaheim, California. In addition, we have successfully planned and held instructional seminars and product demonstrations around the county (coming to a venue near you). The 2004 schedule of trade shows and events is currently being planned. You are encouraged to contact us about scheduling an event or instructional presentation for your area. You may also communicate to your local or state Association to encourage them to contact us regarding various partnership programs that result in membership discounts and other instructional opportunities. Be sure to watch for additional announcements on NEW partnerships and agreements, which will be forthcoming in the next few weeks...
Hosted by ADVANCED ACCESS owners John & Jerra Morris, and Kristina Morrison, the Annual Employee’s Holiday Recognition Dinner was held on Saturday, Dec. 13th, 2003, in Anaheim, California. The event was attended by nearly all of staff and their guests, along with special VIP’s of the Morris family. An enjoyable evening of acknowledgment, entertainment, dinner and dancing highlighted the program, along with comments from members of the Management Team for ADVANCED ACCESS. John Morris began the evening’s festivities by welcoming everyone to the event, and on behalf of his wife, Jerra, thanked staff for their hard work and dedication over the past year. Staff’s efforts have attributed to further growth and recognition in the industry for the company that Morris started in 1998.
Morris then introduced CEO Kristina Morrison and President Justin Davis. Davis acknowledged staff’s accomplishment of answering approximately 96% of all customer service-related calls, despite one of the busiest years attributed to increased sales and also the recent release of the much-anticipated Classic Package 3.0™ upgrade. President Davis stated, “We certainly want to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank all those employees who have worked so very hard to ensure the quality of our total customer-service program.” The group was then entertained by the “BLACKSTREETBOYZ,” a duo featuring Alfred & Seymour, who amused the audience with their combination of riddles, rhymes, dancing, rapping, skits, jokes and juggling. Alfred & Seymour pulled newly named Vice President of Affinity Programs, Mark Gilmore, from the audience, and demonstrated the finer points of “break-dancing” to the delight of the crowd.
The evening is annually held to acknowledge and thank the dedicated and professional staff of ADVANCED ACCESS for a “job well done!”
Meet Missy Grosser …our Featured AA Employee
Missy has been working on the ADVANCED ACCESS team for nearly 4 years. Originally starting out in our Sales Department, Missy was an instant star and top producer. One of Missy’s unique talents is her ability to describe to our clients in a “non technical” manner the power of making the most of their Websites. Now Missy works in our Website Follow-Up Department, helping our clients realize the full potential of the tools that are part of our program. Missy enjoys working in her current position, noting “I love working In the Website Follow-Up Department because ADVANCED ACCESS is always adding new technologies and features so we never run out of cool things to show our clients.” Missy was born in Butte, Montana. She grew up here in Southern California and attended Savannah High School. A natural “people person,” Missy is experienced working with the public, first as a hairstylist for “Supercuts” for a few years and then working for Bank of America for about 10 years. She took a few years off to raise her family and ended up accepting a position here at ADVANCED ACCESS.
In addition to weekend getaways, Missy claims her number one hobby is shopping at the Costa Mesa swap meet or anywhere. She also enjoys eating, and her goal is to start her exercise program “soon.” Missy’s sense of fun and adventure is infectious -- she is a talented employee and a credit to our team. We're proud to work with Missy here at ADVANCED ACCESS.
