March 2003 Newsletter

"Spring has many American faces. There are cities where it will come and go in a day
and counties where it hangs around and never quite gets there…."

- Archibald MacLeish (Sweet Land of Liberty)

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with Style!

If you're thinking your website is looking a little "drab," it might be time for a change. Spring has sprung, and it's easy to give your website a new "look" with the many styles available in our Classic Package website. Pictured above is the colorful and festive St. Patrick's Day style. We offer LOTS more attractive styles for you to choose from to change the look of your website. Check your virtual office to view the selections available for many of the holidays, seasons and events that occur throughout the year.

We also offer a FLASH IntelliC@rd that you can send to your clients and prospects for St. Patrick's Day. Sending a holiday e-mail greeting to your clients and prospects will keep your name in front of them and give them a reason to return to your website.

Spring is an excellent time of year to buy or sell a home. Why not remind your prospects that you're still "out there" with a colorful greeting from their local real estate professional.

NEW! Enhanced School Info on your Website

We're pleased to announce an association with OnBoard LLC to provide NEW comprehensive school information on your website. Offering parents a guide to virtually all of the public and private K-12 schools in the United States, our new resource will help your clients evaluate specific schools with information they need to make an informed decision about their child's education.

Your clients will be able to choose schools in ALL areas across the country, and compare the services available in each school against two other contenders in a handy table format. Best of all, each page will be branded to YOU as the sponsor, with your name, website address, and phone number on every page, along with a lead generation form your visitors can fill out for additional information.

School information is essential to consumers who want to make home buying decisions based on the educational resources available in a given area. This new resource also includes a link to a School News site, and an "About You" section that you can personalize through your virtual office.

If you have one of our Classic Package websites, the NEW school source will automatically be available, and can be customized through your virtual office.  Please check your Virtual Office for the new 'School Info' button in your 'Website Resources' section.

This month we're featuring Danielle Kunde from our Customer Support Department. Danielle has been a part of the ADVANCED ACCESS team for nearly a year, and we have received many letters from our clients about how great she is in customer service. Danielle is energetic and passionate about making a difference in people's lives. She developed her talent for excellent customer service by gaining people skills as an Aid to a Kindergarten class at Grace Christian Academy for 2 ˝ years. Her fresh perspective is especially helpful to her clients.

After being raised with seven older brothers and sisters, two cats and a fish in Chehalis, Washington (80 miles south of Seattle), Danielle moved to California in August 1999. She married Steve Kunde, whom she met in a coffee house in Corona, increasing her siblings by three more sisters and one more brother.

Educated at Napavine Christian School, Danielle is currently attending college, majoring in Pedo-Dentistry. When she isn't working, she plays the piano, which she has played for 16 years. Danielle loves long drives with her husband, Steve.

it's a good idea to begin your day as soon as you can -
