Featured Employee of the Month – Diane Lassiter
Diane Lassiter is the Advanced Access Regional Sales Manager for the state of Georgia. She is doing very well as a new representative joining the ranks of leaders on the team. Diane loves her job with Advanced Access and remarked, "I have the opportunity to help REALTORS become successful by selling the concept of the 'big picture'. I enjoy presenting a vital key for every Broker to grow their business."
Diane grew up in a small city outside St. Augustine, Florida with her three older brothers and one younger sister. Her mother still lives in the home in which she grew up. Diane has two grown children: a daughter, Lacey, and a son, Alvis. Her daughter and son-in-law reside in Oklahoma where both are in the military. They have two beautiful girls, Leigha and Alanna.
Diane and her husband, Stephen, have been together for 7 1/2 years. Diane says that Stephen has made a tremendous impact on her children as well as her granddaughter Leigha. Together Diane and Stephen cared for Leigha while her mother and father were on active duty.
Prior to working with us at Advanced Access, Diane was a State Farm Agent holding dual license in Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health. Before that, Diane enjoyed great success in her position as Corporate Trainer for Pro Marketing Inc., the largest in-house vendor for Home Depot. Diane attended St. Johns College.
In her spare time, Diane loves to read murders, mysteries and mayhem. She adores shopping for her granddaughters. Diane loves to decorate and she is constantly looking to update her home with her own designing skills. She enjoys traveling abroad and would love to visit each country in our world in her lifetime.
