Another Happy Couple!
One of our talented New Account Specialists,
Sarah Ma, is getting married March 24th at Occidental College in Los Angeles to
her wonderful fiancé, Jason Glueck. Their special day is going to be a
blend of their cultures with a traditional wedding ceremony following with a tea
ceremony and a Chinese banquet for the reception. The happy couple plan on
spending a week in Cancun for their honeymoon.
Sarah and Jason met in the fall of 1998 in Riverside while Sarah was attending UC Riverside. Jason proposed to Sarah in February of 2006. "It
was a very sweet proposal. As a preface, my parents do not understand or
speak English very well. He wanted to make sure he asked for my hand in
marriage properly to my parents and spent a lot of time practicing and learning
a few key sentences in Chinese so that my parents would understand."
Sarah shared that the planning has been crazy, but she knows they are going to
have the time of their lives on their wedding day. "We are blessed to
have so many people that love us and want to share this day with us that they'll
even fly out for this special day from all over the country."
