There are so many avenues of online communication these days that email seems almost dated.  In addition to email, there are blogs, micro-blogging, forums, social networking sites, instant messaging, etc.  It is so easy to have bits and pieces of information all over the place.

We are happy to say that a communication revolution has hit Advanced Access!  As we expand our methods of online communication to serve you better, we have decided to make some consolidations for your convenience as well.

Here are some exciting changes to our online communications and publications:

• We have added a new Live Chat feature within your Virtual Office.  You can see when our Support Team is online (during business hours 7 days a week) and click to open a chat with one of our representatives right away.  Just look for the Live Chat icon at the top of your Virtual Office, click and chat!

• We are consolidating two of our online / email publications; our Monthly Newsletter and Weekly Marketing Tip.  We realize that we send you a Newsletter each month, and a Marketing Tip each week... and that's a lot of emails!  We will continue to use our Weekly Marketing Tip to offer you advice and how-to's for all things real estate and online marketing.  In addition, we will include any other newsworthy info and Advanced Access announcements (such as our upcoming Most Impressive Website Contest) in the Marketing Tip.  So just keep a look-out for us in your inbox on Fridays.
